This document sets forth the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Lodgy.app platform, operated by Lodgy APP, Tax ID 20-23816618-8, domiciled in the Argentine Republic.

Lodgy.app is a digital platform that enables the management of accommodations, bookings, properties, and related operations. By accessing and using Lodgy.app, the user accepts this document in its entirety.

To use the platform, the user must:

• Create an account.
• Provide truthful information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account.

The user is responsible for all activity carried out from their account.

The user agrees not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities.
• Attempt to access unauthorized systems.
• Interfere with the platform.
• Introduce malware or viruses.
• Engage in fraudulent use.

Lodgy.app offers paid plans billed monthly. Conditions:

• Payments are made in advance.
• The subscription renews automatically every month.
• The user may cancel at any time.
• No refunds are issued for periods already billed.

The user may cancel their account at any time. Lodgy APP may suspend or cancel accounts when:

• These terms are violated.
• Fraudulent use exists.
• There is a security risk.
• A legal requirement applies.

All content on Lodgy.app belongs to Lodgy APP:

Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

Lodgy APP shall not be liable for:

• Data loss.
• Service interruptions.
• Technical failures.
• Indirect damages.

Use of the service is at the user's own responsibility.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved before competent courts in the Argentine Republic.
